FixedLens does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app has no servers, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. Nothing you do in the app is sent anywhere.
Camera and microphone access is used only to show the live viewfinder and to record the photos and videos you choose to capture. This content is written to your device's photo library and is never accessed by the developer.
Photo library access is used to save your captures and to let you delete the most recent one from the in-app preview. The app does not read, upload, or analyze your existing library.
Location access is optional. If you grant it, your approximate location is embedded as metadata in the photos and videos you capture, exactly as the built-in Camera app does. This location data stays inside the media file in your own photo library and is never transmitted.
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
